Meet SubWorkers through ShiftRole Ads
ShiftRole Ads are how you start the conversation with subworkers. You post what type of work you need help with. This attracts subworkers in your area that are interested in being on your SubTeam. When they see your ShiftRole Ad, they can click a button that says “I’m Interested” which will send you a notice (message). You take it from there!
ShiftRole Ads and Notices are found under the Connect Tab at the top of your screen.
