Search ShiftRoles for work types you would like to do. When you find one, favorite it and let the employer know you are interested.

Connect
Employers respond to your interest notice and set up a time to talk more about the work they are looking for. If it’s a good fit, you complete the payroll paperwork.

Open Shifts
Employers then add you to their Open Shifts Calendar so you can start picking up shifts!

SubTeams
SubTeams are businesses looking for workers. Learn what kind of work they need done by searching ShiftRoles. SubTeams and ShiftRoles can be found under the “Connect” tab.
ShiftRoles
A ShiftRole is a general description of the type of work an employer needs done. SubTeams (employers) post them to get the conversation started. When you click the “I’m Interested” button, the employer will respond with next steps.
Wages
Hourly pay is included in the Open Shift post by the employer. Last minute shifts may bring higher wages and maybe even a bonus! Employers may pay same day, next day, weekly, or bi-weekly so you can create a steady flow of paydays!
