As a Real Estate Field Associate, you’ll assist real estate agents by completing on-site tasks that help prepare and maintain property listings. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, managing their own time, and supporting agents in the field. When work becomes available, an assignment will be posted for you to review and “pick up” if you’re available. Compensation is paid per completed assignment.

SubWorkers in this role are solely responsible for having and maintaining an active drivers license, legal transportation, and the proper insurance.

Typical Assignment May Include, but are not limited to,:

-Delivering and installing lawn or street signs for new listings

-Adding riders such as “Coming Soon,” “New Listing,” “Under Contract,” or “Sold”

-Delivering materials for open houses or new listings

-Installing or removing lockboxes

-Retrieving signs, riders, and materials after the property closes

Compensation: Paid per assignment.
