We are a growing general contracting company seeking an experienced Estimator who can support our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who enjoys stepping into projects periodically to provide expertise without the demands of a full-time position.

What You’ll Do
Assignments will vary but typically include tasks that can be completed within a single shift or over a short series of shifts (up to 5 days).

Responsibilities may include:
-Reviewing project plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
-Performing quantity take-offs and material/labor cost breakdowns.
-Preparing estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.
-Analyzing subcontractor and supplier proposals.
-Assisting project managers with budget validation and bid support.
-Providing clear documentation of findings and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience in estimating both residential and/or commercial construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry pricing.
-Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results within limited timeframes.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
