Insurance Office - Client Account Maintenance
Do you enjoy problem-solving, organizing details, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our Account Maintenance SubTeam and help ensure client accounts stay accurate, updated, and in good standing!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Review daily “alerts” generated by the system and take the necessary action to resolve each one promptly.
🔹 Address account issues such as outstanding or late payments, missing documents, or pending e-signatures.
🔹 Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather missing information or confirm updates.
🔹 Document all actions taken and maintain accurate client records in the system.
🔹 Assist with account cleanup, ensuring policies are compliant and up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Dependable and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✅ Experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service (insurance experience a plus but not required).
✅ Comfortable navigating digital systems and working with client data.
