We’re seeking skilled, seasoned carpenters and remodelers interested in taking on work one project at a time. With us, you’ll have the flexibility to choose the jobs that align with your availability, strengths, and preferences.

We are looking for carpenters who are interested in picking up shifts or projects in either of the two capacities or both. 
1. Assist a Lead Carpenter on a project.
2. Take ownership of a project from kickoff to completion.

These projects could be one day or several. You will pick and choose what works best for you.

Your Role
-Use your construction expertise to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
-Communicate with trusted subcontractors in specialized trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc.).
-Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout each phase.
