Calendars

A calendar will manage subworkers and open shifts at one business location. Companies with multiple locations will purchase a calendar for each location, even if they operate under the same FEIN. Each calendar comes with one schedule with the default title “Open Shifts”.

Schedules

You can have multiple schedules within a calendar to control visibility. Manage open shifts by departments, skill level, project, or event by adding schedules. Each additional schedule is $10/month. You can name your schedules.
