TERMS OF SERVICE FOR EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the employment application process ("Application") provided by MJB Resources, LLC dba ShiftSub ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with the Application.

  1. Application Process: a. The Application is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for employment with Company. You acknowledge that submitting an Application does not guarantee employment with Company. b. You must provide accurate and complete information in your Application. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the rejection of your Application or termination of employment if already hired.
  2. Privacy and Data Collection: a. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal data. b. You understand that your personal information may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the employment application process, such as background check providers. However, your personal information will not be sold or rented to any third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  3. Application Materials: a. Any materials, documents, or information submitted by you as part of the Application, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and portfolios, become the property of Company upon submission. Company has the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display these materials for employment evaluation purposes. b. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any materials, documents, or information included in your Application.
  4. Application Review and Selection: a. Company reserves the right to review, evaluate, and select applicants based on its own criteria and considerations. b. Company may contact you for further information, interviews, or assessments as part of the Application process. c. Company is not obligated to provide any feedback or explanation for selection or rejection of an Application.
  5. Equal Employment Opportunity: a.   7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jefferson County, MO.
