Assist with flooring tear-out and removal of baseboards during residential or commercial remodeling projects. Tasks may include removing carpet, tile, vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tack strips, glue, or underlayment, as well as carefully removing and stacking baseboards for replacement or reuse. Additional responsibilities may include debris removal, sweeping/vacuuming, carrying materials, loading dumpsters or trailers, moving furniture or appliances, and helping maintain a clean and organized job site. Must be dependable, able to lift/carry materials, and comfortable performing physical labor in a construction environment.
